Cica (Centella Asiatica): We use only centella plants that are 60 days old or younger, ensuring they are nutrient-rich and full of vitality. These plants are cultivated in coexistence with Jeju citrus trees, enhancing their quality.
Distillation Extraction: Like brewing warm tea, we extract the active ingredients from tea tree using steam at 110℃ for approximately 3 hours, ensuring the potency and purity of our formula.

All parcels shipped by Empress Korea originate from Korea and are subject to international shipping guidelines. However, Print-on-Demand (POD) products are shipped from the United States.
Delivery times for Empress Korea products typically range from 2 to 5 business days, excluding 3 to 5 processing days when using FedEx or UPS. However, delivery times may vary depending on country-specific conditions.
Post office economy shipping usually takes 8 to 16 business days. For Empress Korea products, production begins after ordering, and shipping to the United States typically takes a week, while delivery to other regions may take 15 to 30 days.
