The TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light is a gentle, refreshing toner that helps hydrate and maintain balance for clear, radiant skin. Infused with patented vegan ingredient MultiEx BSAM Plus consisting of 7 plant-based ingredients that helps soothe and revitalise skin for a more radiant complexion. 4% Niacinamide, Rice Bran Extract and Ceramide are also present to help refine uneven skin tone, maintain skin’s moisture balance and prevent moisture loss. The lightweight texture helps quick and thorough absorption of moisture and nourishment without stickiness.
Recommended for acne-prone, oily or sensitive skin types.
