I actually tried Soltice Tamaflex Joint & Cartilage Protection 5days myself. My joints have been stiff lately and my knees feel achy on many days, so I chose this to try even briefly. The 5-day supply was good for starting without burden.
The packaging has daily portions separated, making it easy to manage my intake schedule. The tablet size is not too burdensome, so it was easy to take in the morning. Because the ingredients are specialized, it is hard to say there was a dramatic improvement, but after sitting for a long time or walking around, the burden felt a bit less than before.
After taking it consistently for a while, while it did not suddenly get better, I felt like the stiffness after excessive movement was less than before. It is difficult to see big effects in a short period, but it seems quite good for simple management purposes.

**Why I purchased:**
I usually have stiff joints, so I have been consistently taking other products with Tamaflex ingredients. This time I was curious about the Soltice product and purchased the 30-day supply. It is nice that it is packaged in 5-day portions with 1 tablet per day, making it convenient to carry when traveling or going out.
**My experience:**
1. Easy and convenient to take – The tablet size is not burdensome and goes down smoothly. There is almost no smell or taste, so it was comfortable to take.
2. No side effects, taking it smoothly – Some supplements can cause nausea or bloating, but this product does not have those issues and is easy on the stomach. Being able to take it comfortably is quite a big advantage.
3. Good trial size – It comes in small packaging with 10 tablets per set, so 10 days total. I ordered 3 packs for a month supply, but you can try just 1 pack for 10 days, making it a good option for a light trial.
