During the Joseon Dynasty, there was a black cat that was considered ominous and suffered mistreatment. The only person who showed kindness and sheltered the black cat was a scholar. By rescuing the cat, the scholar found his own salvation in the process. The scholar, named Ui-Gyun, was kind-hearted, wealthy, and handsome, but he was physically weak and lonely.

Beneath the quirk of comic narratives lies a captivating exploration into companionship that transcends typical fables. Gongsam spins an enchanting web wherein innocence defies ominous perception, resulting in a soulful reconciliation between man and cat.

OMG, this comic blew my mind! Goldiluck isn’t just a cat; he’s basically the furball hero I didn’t know I needed. The storyline set during Joseon Dynasty got me thinking about how back in time, folks judged animals hardcore—Geum Bok’s struggles feel real but there’s so much humor wrapped up too! And hello? A fancy scholar who rescues kitties? Absolute swoon vibes 😂😻 Plus that twist with him transforming into a boy every night gives it such fresh charm. Can we also talk about those whimsical art pieces?! Definitely flipping pages over and over until it’s bedtime… Who cares if I’m supposed to be adulting!
