• Fondant Broth: 20g
• Hot Spice: 3g
• Meat: 120g
• Onion: 240g (1.5 onions)
• Potato: 160g (1 large)
• Carrot: 100g (1 small)
• Chungjungwon Grape Seed Oil: 1.5 tablespoons (25g)
• Water: 2.5 cups (500ml)

Preparation

1. Cut meat, onions, potatoes, and carrots into suitable sizes. Mix them with Chungjungwon grape seed oil.
2. Stir-fry the mixed ingredients and then add 2.5 cups of water and the Fond broth. Simmer until fully cooked.
3. Stir in the snow curry until the mixture thickens.
4. Turn off the heat and season with the provided hot spice to suit your taste.
