Cooking Instructions
Ingredients
- Snow Curry: 85g
- Fondant Broth: 20g
- Hot Spice: 3g
- Meat: 120g
- Onion: 240g (1.5 onions)
- Potato: 160g (1 large)
- Carrot: 100g (1 small)
- Chungjungwon Grape Seed Oil: 1.5 tablespoons (25g)
- Water: 2.5 cups (500ml)
Preparation
- Cut meat, onions, potatoes, and carrots into suitable sizes. Mix them with Chungjungwon grape seed oil.
- Stir-fry the mixed ingredients and then add 2.5 cups of water and the Fond broth. Simmer until fully cooked.
- Stir in the snow curry until the mixture thickens.
- Turn off the heat and season with the provided hot spice to suit your taste.
Serving Suggestion
Serve the prepared curry over rice for a delightful curry rice experience.
