How to Enjoy Omija Tea

- Boil with 2L of water: simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes, then on high heat for 10 minutes.

Chilled Omija Tea
- Rinse 20g of dried Omija under running water.
- Place in 2L of water and steep in the refrigerator for 12+ hours.
- Add honey if desired, and enjoy as a refreshing cold tea.
