1. Wash your hands thoroughly before touching your face.
2. Roll the foam all over the side of the nose or to the tip of the chin to clean thoroughly.
3. For areas that require intensive cleansing, such as the nostrils and T-zone, apply your fingertips, and for sensitive cheeks, use your palms to gently roll while gently cleansing as if massaging.
4. They say that 45 to 75 seconds is generally the best time to wash your face. If you were too lazy to finish it in 10 seconds, you can wash it more slowly and thoroughly.
