I love watery soothing toners, and this Medicube toner is no exception. It’s great for basic hydration and calming my skin, especially when I have inflammation or breakouts. While I slightly prefer the Anua Heartleaf Toner due to its affordability, I find this Medicube one works better at calming my skin.
