I love matcha latte but cafe prices are really burdensome these days… Honestly, I did not have high expectations at first. But when I changed how I make it, it tastes exactly like a cafe! Now I keep making it at home.
The important point is… one stick alone will never give you that taste. I tried just one at first and thought “What is this?” The key is using 4 sticks in a tumbler with lots of ice and a little water plus milk – that gives you the real iced matcha latte cafe experience!
