- Use within 3 minutes at a maximum of 700W.
- Notice : Do not place the stainless steel container alone in the microwave. Use only the plastic container, or the plastic container together with the stainless steel insert.
- Do not fully close the lid when microwaving. You may place the lid loosely over the container.
