How to Use
Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 200ml milk
- 85g sugar
- 60g butter
- 2 eggs
- 5g baking powder
- Walnuts & sweet red bean paste
Instructions
- Preheat the pan by applying oil evenly and heating it on high.
- Once hot, reduce to low heat and pour ⅔ of the batter into each mold.
- Add walnuts and red bean paste as filling.
- Pour a little more batter to cover the filling, then close the lid.
- Cook on low heat, flipping the pan back and forth to ensure even baking.
