Directions
- For immediate absorption: Pour toner into hands, gently press, and pat directly onto the skin.
- For use with cotton pad: Soak the cotton pad with toner and gently sweep across the skin.
- For facial mask with cotton pad: Soak a few cotton pads with toner and gently place them onto areas where hydration is needed most.

I don’t usually use a toner, but this one hydrates and soothes so well that I might change my routine. It has a serum-like consistency, almost like an essence, and really helps to restore balance to my skin. My thirsty, winter skin drinks it up.
