We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed over to the carrier. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping provider.

De handcrème ruikt echt goed. Voelt iets te zwaar aan voor elke dag. Voor mijn droge handen had ik beter gewerkt met andere merken, maar het helpt wel even.
