As someone who was initially unsure of how a comic could bring romance to life in the cutthroat world of business, I must admit my skepticism. However, A Business Proposal Vol.10 masterfully blends humor and heartfelt moments against a backdrop familiar to many—a bustling office dynamic coupled with the tension that comes from unexpected identities and societal expectations. HaeHwa’s writing shines as characters dance between real-life struggles and fantastical scenarios—drawing me into Ha-Ri’s clever charade while gently unwrapping Kang Tae-Mu’s complex persona layer by layer. Set against the vivid landscapes only South Korea can provide through its illustrations, this volume encourages you not just to turn pages but feel deeply about each character’s journey. By conclusion, it gracefully shifted my doubt towards admiration for how genuinely these issues were explored.
