We are using SF express ,HK & Macau: 3~7 business days China and the rest Asian countries: 15 business days .
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
Can I pick up in store?
We have two locations for pickup. One is in Macau and the other is in Taipa.Please choose the pickup location in the checkout process.
What happens if my package is missing/stolen/damaged?
We cannot be responsible for missing, stolen, and damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. At this time, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 7 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging .
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
How do I return an item?

How can I get my refund?
When you refund items you will receive points equivalent to the refunded amount and you can use them anytime. If you get a refund because we don't have the items you ordered sometimes you would receive it with points more than the original amount. However, these points are not eligible for discount.
I received a damaged/defective good, can you help?
If your item is damaged or defective, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item and its defect, preferably with the original package of the item in the picture, along with your order number. From there, we may ask you to return the damaged item to us and we can ship a replacement. Upon receipt of your goods, please inspect your items and contact us within 7 days to let us know of any damages/defects. If the delivery date is more than 7 days old, we cannot accept any damages and cannot ship replacements.
How to use QR payment?
QR code will be shown at the end of payment The method of using the rest such as WeChat pay,Alipay are the same.
Take a screenshot the QR code below to save the image and remember your amount with local currency, then open the app to load the image from the scan Enter your payment application(Mpay,Alipay,Wechat pay,...) select scan and load image Select QR Image. and pay with your local currency amount. CHECKOUT PAGE CURRENCY.
By company policy we process all orders in Macau MOP.
While your cart is currently displayed in Your home currency you will checkout using Macau MOP at the most current exchange rate.
