Knead the Dough: Mix 296g of the mix with 4g of yeast and 200ml of lukewarm water. Knead for 2-3 minutes.
Shape the Dough: Use 100g of the hotteok honey mix. Flatten the dough in your hand, add the mix, and seal it.
Cook the Hotteok: Fry in a preheated, oiled pan. Cook each side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Air Fryer Method

Knead the Dough: Combine 296g of the mix with 4g of yeast, 130ml of lukewarm water, and 40g of butter or oil. Knead for 5 minutes.
Shape and Ferment: Divide the dough, roll it out, add the hotteok mix, and roll like a cinnamon roll. Cut into pieces and ferment for 30 minutes.
Bake: Preheat the air fryer to 170°C and bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
