The dermis layer of the skin is composed of collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, etc., and Olthera Double Shot has completed a collagen in-vitro test that penetrates the dermis layer and produces up to 175% of collagen, thereby activating cells in the dermis layer and helping to improve elasticity.
Q. Can I use the cooling care mode right after high-frequency + double ultrasound?
A. You can use the Intensive Care Mode/Free Shot Care Mode with high frequency + double ultrasound effects, followed by the Cooling Care Mode. High frequency and ultrasound generate deep heat in the body, which helps collagen production, and the Cooling Care Mode soothes excessive heat remaining on the outer skin wall, so the two reach different skin layers, so they can be used consecutively.
Q. Do I have to use only 40 shots at once?
A. We recommend using it 1-3 times a day, according to the 40 shots indicated for one use. Since it is a product that generates deep heat in skin tissue, excessive use may cause irritation, so use it at an appropriate interval.
Q. Is it more effective if I increase the level?
A. The depth of the irradiation is the same even if the level increases, and the only difference is the size of the coagulation point where deep heat is generated in the skin tissue. Since the feeling of heat varies depending on the thinness of your skin, please use it by gradually increasing the level from level 1.
Q. Can I use it continuously if I only use the Cooling Care Mode?
A. In the cooling care mode, you can use it up to 2 times in a row, and if it exceeds 2 times, the overheating prevention mode will be activated. In the overheating prevention mode, the device will be suspended for 10 minutes, and we recommend using it thereafter.

A. For safe device management, we strongly recommend charging it with the included USB cable. Even if you use a commercially available fast charger, it is designed to charge at a constant speed when the device is inserted to prevent battery damage, and other cables may damage the battery.
Q. The battery is charging, but it does not work. Why is this happening?
A. The device does not work when connected to a cable and charging the device. After charging is complete, remove the cable from the device and turn it on. It takes about 200 minutes (3 hours and 20 minutes) to charge the battery.
