### Usage Instructions:
#### For Warm Compress:
1. **Medium Pack**: Microwave for 2-2.5 minutes. If reusing while still warm, reheat for an additional 30s to 1 minute.
2. **Large Pack**: Microwave for 3.5-4 minutes. For subsequent uses, reheat for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
*Important: If using an oven, ensure it's in 'range mode' and turn the pack halfway through heating. Overheating may cause damage to the beans or fabric.*
#### For Cold Compress:
Store in the freezer for 2-3 hours before use.
