HOLIKA HOLIKA Good Cera Super Ceramide Toner is a gentle toner containing 50% ceramide moisturizes skin and strengthens the skin barrier to prevent moisture loss.
It also contains fermented ingredients to remove dead skin cells and improve skin health.
The hypoallergenic formula is free of paraben, sulfate, artificial fragrance and artificial colorant.
