Care Instructions:

Natural Leather: Use leather repair oil (shoe cream) for maintenance. Avoid washing with water.
Leatherette: Wipe lightly with a cloth dampened in lukewarm soapy water.
Fiber Material: Hand wash in lukewarm soapy water. Avoid using washing machines, dehydrators, or bleach.
Natural Nubak: Brush off surface dust with a clean brush for contamination removal.

Natural sheepskin may show leather pores, wrinkles, spots, and scratches.
Each leather piece's texture, grain, and pattern may differ, leading to variations in texture.

Post office economy shipping usually takes 8 to 16 business days. For Empress Korea products, production begins after ordering, and shipping to the United States typically takes a week, while delivery to other regions may take 15 to 30 days.
