The Plant Base Waterfall Moist Balanced Hyaluronic Acid 100 is a moisturising ampoule formulated with 100% sodium hyaluronate to revive parched skin for lasting hydration and firming benefits. This lightweight ampoule contains pure sodium hyaluronate, a stable, water-soluble form of hyaluronic acid that has smaller molecules than hyaluronic acid, to better penetrate the skin and pump it with hydration. Just add a few drops of this ampoule to help plump and hydrate skin, making it appear smoother and firmer over time!
