If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is approved. Credit may be issued for future use if a suitable size is unavailable.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos and details so we can assist you.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed over to the carrier. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance issues in their country. We do not offer refunds for rejected or returned packages due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept the order.
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
