You must pay customs duties. This is compulsory, and please understand that there will be no refund if the product is returned due to this. We are not responsible and do not refund if your country’s custom office refuses to clear your order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
