You may exchange products sold by empresskorea.com upon pre-approval of Empress Korea in case that defect is found. Size exchange is possible and in case the customer finds no size fits credit will be granted. Credits can be applied on the next purchase and deducted from the total amount. We cannot be responsible for missing, stolen, and damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Non-exchangeable items

Any product that is not in its original condition, but is damaged, lost its tag or is missing parts.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

We recommend that you check any potential duties or taxes that may apply in your country. If your problem is related to customs in your country, our support cannot completely solve your problem. You must pay customs duties. This is compulsory, and please understand that there will be no refund if the product is returned due to this. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
