[HOW TO USE]
Shake well to mix the emulsion and water layers into a milky emulsion. Soak a cotton pad with the makeup remover and gently wipe the eye and lip area. For stubborn waterproof makeup, leave cotton pad on eyelids or lips for a few seconds and then gently swipe to remove.
