Jung Ba-Reum is a university student who meticulously plans out her days and strives for maximum efficiency in everything she does. In a spontaneous decision, Ba-Reum joins Jae-Hyun’s small programming club in hopes of spending more time with him. But her journey to finding love is far from easy. She meets Na Yu-Yeon, a fellow club member who is always running late and enjoys playing online games. Based on their differences, Ba-Reum believes they have nothing in common. However, as they spend more time together, she realizes there may be more to their relationship than meets the eye. As Ba-Reum navigates the challenges of balancing her schedule, pursuing romance, and dealing with annoyances, she begins to discover the potential for something special between her and those around her.

Dive into the vibrant narrative of ‘Romance 101 – Comic Book Vol.8 Korean Ver.’ and you’re instantly whisked away to an academically charged Seoul where romance teeters at the edge of unpredictability. Ba-Reum, a meticulous planner stuck in her rigidity, is forced out of her comfort zone through unexpected meetings and heartwarming connections with fellow club members like Jae-Hyun, whose laid-back charm is captivating amidst her chaos. Each character’s quirks not only flesh out their personalities but also seamlessly weave a story rich in spontaneity; just as Ba-Reum learns about trust and companionship from Na Yu-Yeon—who radiates delight despite constant tardiness—the readers are reminded that vulnerability enriches our lives more than any scheduled meeting ever could.

  2. Camila Rosales from Valparaíso, Chile (verified owner)

  3. Maria from Austin, USA

Romance 101 – Comic Book Vol.8 captivated me with its relatable characters, especially Jung Ba-Reum, a university student who carefully structures her life yet struggles with the spontaneity of romance. The dynamic between her and Shin Jae-Hyun adds an enticing layer to the narrative, revealing how opposites can attract through shared interests like programming. I particularly enjoyed Ba-Reum’s gradual friendship with Na Yu-Yeon; their contrasting personalities provide comic relief while also highlighting themes of connection and understanding in unexpected places. This volume beautifully blends humor and heartfelt moments, making it hard to put down.
