[How to drink]
1. Hot tea
– Put one tea bag in a cup, add 100-150 ml of water at 80-90 degrees, brew for 1-2 minutes, and then enjoy.

– Put one tea bag in a cup, add a small amount of water at 80-90 degrees, brew the tea bag, and add cold water.
