* The stratum corneum of the skin is composed of keratinocytes and lipids, of which lipids play an important role in the actual skin barrier.
Lipids are composed of ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids, and are called secolji based on their first letters.
For aging skin, the amount of lipid components (se, col, g) is reduced to 1/3 of that of younger skin, and especially cholesterol levels are very low, so we recommend the cholesterol-fortified 131 moisturizer.
Since the secolgi are connected to each other and exist in a lamellar (layered) structure in the stratum corneum to perform a skin barrier function, lamellar moisturizers are the next generation moisturizers and are more effective in strengthening skin function.
