The NUMBUZIN No.5 Glutathione Vitamin Concentrated Toner is a lightweight, essence-like toner that helps revitalise dull, tired skin. Formulated with 4 star brightening ingredients including Arbutin, Bisabolol, Vitamin C and 50,000ppm Niacinamide to help reduce dark spots while evening out your skin tone for a glowing complexion. Also contains 20,000ppm of Madewhite™ which includes Centella Asiatica Extract to brighten and soothe skin at the same time.
