Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Returns must be approved in advance by our support team via email.

Used, damaged, or incomplete items.
Items returned after 7 days without prior approval.
Sale or clearance items marked non-returnable.
Orders returned due to unpaid customs duties or refusal to accept delivery.
How to Start a Return

Wait for return approval and return instructions.

Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed over to the carrier. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
Customs & Duties
