Gungbo is a wrapping cloth used in the royal palace to wrap or decorate various items.
This product is made on mother-of-pearl with that gorgeous design as a motif.
Mother-of-pearl (a shape made from thinly sliced clamshells or abalone shells) emits different colors and light depending on the angle at which it is illuminated.
It is made entirely on mother-of-pearl, so sometimes it has a reddish color and sometimes it emits a soft blue glow.
Mother-of-pearl is often called the art of light, or the light of a thousand years, based on its long history.
The bottom is embossed to prevent fingerprints.
