Product Description

During their separation, Byun Hakdo, the new magistrate, demands Chunhyang’s obedience. Courageously, she refuses and endures hardship, including imprisonment, to protect her love for Mongryong. Eventually, Mongryong returns with a government position and rescues Chunhyang from her plight. Their story of resilience and love reaches even the King, who grants them permission to marry, allowing them to live happily ever after, overcoming the barriers of social class.
