This water-like toner contains AHA and PHA to gently exfoliate without irritation, leaving you with a clearer and calmer complexion.
Every ingredient used in this toner is safe and gentle, with the EWG rating of only 1 and 2.

Directions
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the toner and swipe it gently over your entire face.
