Kimbap Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Seaweed
  • Rice
  • Cucumber
  • Sesame seeds

Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix the vinegar, sugar, and salt. Microwave for about 20 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Adjust the sauce to taste and mix with rice.
  3. Thoroughly wash, peel, and cut the cucumber into thin strips.
  4. Cut the seaweed in half. Spread a thin layer of rice on about 2/3 of the seaweed.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and place cucumber strips in the middle of the rice. Roll up the seaweed tightly.
  6. Shape the roll and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
