Important Information for Purchasers
4K and 3D Blu-ray Playback
- 4K UHD discs: Require a 4K-specific player, updated software, and a high-capacity cable.
- 3D Blu-ray discs: Can only be played on dedicated players and 3D-capable TVs.
Outer Case and Packaging
- Minor imperfections such as wrinkles, corner dents, and cracks may occur during production and delivery.
- Air bubbles or minor printing errors may appear on steelbook cases.
- Protective films on lenticular steelbooks may have damage; exchanges or returns are not possible if the film is damaged.
- Repackaging in a yellow carton box is to protect the product, and damage to this carton box does not qualify for exchange/return.
- Video evidence may be required to confirm defects for exchange/return requests. Without video, requests may be restricted.
Disc Playback Issues
- Returns/exchanges are not available for playback issues caused by device problems. We recommend using a dedicated DVD/BD device with the latest software updates.
- Static electricity and dust may cause playback issues. Cleaning the disc with a dry cloth or a DVD cleaner can resolve most problems.
- Some PC-connected ODDs may have compatibility issues; we recommend using a standalone player. Poor playback on ODDs may persist even after exchanges.
Disc Appearance Defects
- Minor scratches or print surface imperfections are not considered defects. However, if playback issues occur, returns/exchanges are possible due to defects.
