沖泡說明
為了獲得最佳風味:

沖泡前,先在流水下沖洗大麥粒,以獲得更乾淨的口感。

將水煮沸,打開蓋子約 5 分鐘,以去除雜質。

每 1 公升的水加入10–15 克焙煎大麥(依口味調整)。

用大火煮 3–5 分鐘,然後關掉火,讓其冷卻。
