Q. What should I do if the puff gets contaminated?
A. The dual air puffs are detachable and washable. For skin hygiene, clean them thoroughly with a brush cleaner before use, or replace them with new puffs.
How to replace the puff:
- Hold the corner of the triangle stand attached to the bottom of the puff and pull it upward to separate the puff.
- Insert the new puff by aligning the hole on the bottom with the product’s outlet.
The contents aren’t dispensed!
If the contents stop dispensing during use, the container is empty. Detach the bottom of the container and use it by combining it with a new refill container.
