Size exchange is possible and in case the customer finds no size fits credit will be granted. Credits can be applied on the next purchase and deducted from the total amount. In all circumstances refund is not possible except that your ordered item is sold out. If you decide to return you have to send a return message to us or call our office in 7 days from the time you have received and send back the item you wish to return with its original condition and still in 7 days, otherwise return will be declined. We cannot be responsible for missing, stolen, and damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
