The Biodance Sea Kelp Gel Toner Pad is a unique calming gel toner pad to deliver a deep calming effect and also helps control oil and excess sebum. Formulated with Sea Kelp Ferment Filtrate, which is 5 times more powerful than traditional Cica Centella, to calm breakout-prone, oily and troubled skin. The lightweight gel sheets infused with essence delivers calm and hydration for a balanced, comfortable complexion.

Directions
1. To use the toner pad as a wiping toner, gently wipe the entire face with the pad along the skin texture excluding eye areas at the first stage of skin care after cleansing.
2. For focused care, place the pad for 5 minutes (or up to 20 minutes) on desired areas for concentrated caring.
