肌が非常に敏感な場合は、鼻パックの使用時間を15分前後に短縮してもかまいません。
1. 鼻の形に合わせて、鼻パックの生地を鼻に当てます。
2. 約20分間（敏感肌の場合は15分前後）パックを当てて、皮脂を溶かします。
パックが乾く直前に、残りの液体をパックに加えるのがおすすめです。
3. 生地を取り外した後、綿棒で皮脂を拭き取ると、より多くの皮脂が出てきます。
4. 残りの内容物を鼻に軽くたたき込んで吸収させ、引き締め効果を！
