Return & Refund Policy

Exchange & Refund

You may exchange products sold by empresskorea.com upon pre-approval of Empress in case that defect is found. Size exchange is possible and in case the customer finds no size fits credit will be granted. Credits can be applied on the next purchase and deducted from the total amount. In all circumstances refund is not possible except that your ordered item is sold out. If you decide to return you have to send a return message to us or call our office in 7 days from the time you have received and send back the item you wish to return with its original condition and still in 7 days, otherwise return will be declined. In the event of a dispute, Empress Korea's decision shall be final and conclusive.

We cannot be responsible for missing, stolen, and damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. At this time, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Non-exchangeable items

We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT the exchange of products, including:

* Products 7 days after you received them.

* Any product that is not in its original condition, but is damaged, lost its tag or is missing parts.

* Any product that has been used.

* Any discount, clearance, or sales product that empresskorea.com has already stated is non-returnable.

* Delays, Customs Duty Charges, or Refusal of Receipt: If your package is returned to us by your country's customs or due to refusal of receipt for any reason, no refund will be issued

* In case of change-of-mind returns, we don't accept refunds.

* Failed delivery due to an incorrect address and/or lost parcel due to handling of the recipient country's postal service will not be considered for a refund. empresskorea.com is not responsible for post parcels once it leaves Korea.

*We recommend that you check any potential duties or taxes that may apply in your country. If your problem is related to customs in your country, our support cannot completely solve your problem. You must pay customs duties. This is compulsory, and please understand that there will be no refund if the product is returned due to this. We are not responsible and do not refund if your country's custom office refuses to clear your order.

Exchange Procedures

You can send your return for exchange in just a few simple steps:

1. Click the Returns center at the bottom of the Homepage.
2. Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the input box area.
3. Pack the returned products with the original labels and tags still attached in their original packaging. Put your Order Number in a box so that we can expedite your request.
4. We cannot accept COD returns & In case of change-of-mind returns.
5. You can earn compensation credits on our website toward to redeem your next purchase.
