Our Multi-Ampoule is now closer to nature with its ALL EWG GREEN rating. This means it’s free from synthetic preservatives, artificial colors, and synthetic fragrances. The absence of PEG surfactants adds to its gentleness. Noteworthy ingredients include:
- Octyldodeceth-16 (EWG 1 grade): A hydrophilic ingredient that aids in moisturization and acts as a preservative.
- 1,2-Hexanediol (EWG 1 grade): Another component that helps in moisturization and preservation, ideal for sensitive skin.
Versatile Application Methods
1. First Step in Skin Care
Use this ampoule right after washing your face. It’s designed to refine skin texture and prepare it for the next steps in your skincare routine.
How to Use: Apply as the first step in your morning and evening skincare routine, spreading evenly across the face and under the chin. Pat gently for absorption.
2. Fast-Absorbing Ampoule Pack
The ampoule’s formula allows for rapid absorption into the skin. It’s particularly effective when used as a pack on areas with higher body temperature.
How to Use: Soak a cotton pad with the ampoule and place it on areas like the forehead, cheeks, or chin. After 2-5 minutes, remove the pad and tap the skin gently.
Tip: Wet a cotton pad sufficiently with about 7ml of ampoule. This method can be used up to 70 times.
3. Modeling Pack Mix
Enhance your modeling pack by mixing the ampoule with pack powder in a 1:1 ratio. This boosts the moisturizing, nutritional, and soothing effects.

Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Shipping & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed over to the carrier. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance issues in their country. We do not offer refunds for rejected or returned packages due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept the order.
European Union Cooling-off Period
