Q Is it okay to use it to wash my face after washing my hair?

Toun28's 28 natural washing products (including solid dish detergent) are being developed based on participants' skin concerns data. We recommend that you use each face wash product on your face because all products are free of chemical ingredients and made with safe ingredients, so the condition of the face is different.

Q Can I use it with children?

It can be used by both adults and children as it is a product that excludes artificial fragrances and artificial colors as well as all chemical ingredients and gives a cleansing effect of natural fats and oils. However, it is recommended that children under 6 months of age wash only with water or do not rub soap directly, but gently wash with a towel. Even the exfoliation effect using menthol scent or coffee/nuruk may cause irritation depending on the skin type of children who are more fragile than adults, so please refrain from washing with excessive physical stimulation.

Q It is said that there are no artificial flavors and colors, but how can there be various colors and scents?

Toun28's washing products do not contain artificial flavors and colors, but the high content of raw materials in each product shows the unique scent and color of raw materials.

Q Natural soap seems to be used too harshly because it backs off easily. Is this the same with these products?

It is true that natural soap softens easily compared to chemical soaps because it does not use chemical hardeners. However, Toun28's wash items are products that have undergone a low-temperature maturation process to make them hard, so you can use them for a long enough period if you store them so that water does not pool.

Q Can children use all-in-one from head to body?

Basically, it has the cleansing power of soap, so it can wash both the face and head, but it is recommended to use hair wash and face wash products that are suitable for each part of the body.
