Oat-in Silky Toner contains only 10 ingredients, of which 68.09% of oat ingredients provide deep moisture and nutrition to the skin, providing long-lasting moisture. •After cleansing, take an appropriate amount of toner on your hand or a cotton pad and gently apply it to your skin.
