-Connect the dedicated adapter and press and hold the ① power button to turn it on.

-① Shortly press the mode (power) button to select a mode appropriate for the area to be used. mild strong

-After selecting the mode, briefly press the ②R and ③E buttons once each to set the high frequency (R) and EMS (E) levels. (Can be set to steps 1-5)

-After completely attaching to the area to be used, press the ④ SHOT button to inhale.
*Continuous use of the same area more than twice is prohibited.

-After using 1 shot, move the areas used so that they do not overlap, complete 1 set, and repeat for a total of 3-5 sets.
