Gentle Monster sunglasses products will be shipped in a new package in 2023.
In the case of glasses products, they are randomly sent out of 22 or 23 year packages.
Collaboration products are packaged and shipped in a special package.
<Exchange information>
In the case of a defective product, it can be exchanged for the same product at the place of purchase, and in case of simple change of mind, it can be returned within 7 days after delivery is completed.

Refunds will be made when all components (authentication card, product manual) are received.
