If you decide to return you have to send a return message to us or call our office in 7 days from the time you have received and send back the item you wish to return with its original condition and still in 7 days, otherwise return will be declined. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
