1. 洗顔後、化粧水で目の下の肌を整えます。
2. パッケージ内のスプーンでパッチを取り、目の形に合わせて貼ります。
3. 約15〜20分間、クールな感覚で軽く休んだ後、パッチを剥がします。
4. 必要に応じて、保湿剤で仕上げます。
